What We Offer

Window Washing

Washing of the inside and outside of glass, while at the same time ensuring all frames, tracks, and screens are thoroughly cleaned. We also offer cleaning services for shower stalls, mirrors, and indoor/outdoor lamps.

We recommend having your windows washed every four to six months, depending on your location.

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is a crucial part in the upkeep of your home or office. Years of dirt and outside residue can build up and can eventually stain and damage your property. Whether it be the exterior of a house or building, walkways, or pool areas, Squeaky Clean provides full pressure washing services based on your needs.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutters often go unnoticed throughout the year, but as it approaches winter, months of build up can block downspouts - leaving your gutters overflowing and leaving mess everywhere. During a regular gutter cleaning, we start by removing all debris from your gutters, followed by a flush through to ensure that your gutters will work as needed when the time comes.

Solar Panel cleaning

Squeaky Clean also provides solar panel cleaning if requested. We start by safely scraping* off any debris that may have been baked on to the panels by the sun. Once complete, we wash and squeegee them off, leaving your solar panels looking brand new.

*We make sure not to damage or scratch any solar panels!

COnstruction Site Clean-Up

If you have a construction project that is nearing completion, call Squeaky Clean to make sure your windows get cleaned the proper way! We never use blades, as they can easily leave scratches on your brand-new windows. Instead, we use extra fine steel wool that removes almost any debris left on your windows during construction. If possible, we ask that any plastic film be left on the glass, as it reduces the risk of damage during building! We usually recommend two cleans following construction, the first to remove to bulk of the debris, and the second clean to ensure your windows are spotless!

Calcium/Mineral Deposit Removal

Do your showers or windows have white spots on them? Calcium build ups are caused when hard water is left to dry on glass for too long, leaving behind minerals deposits. These deposits can be tricky to remove, but luckily we know the trick! We remove the calcium with a special acid that eats away at the minerals, followed by a quick scrape and wash. Once complete, your glass will be clear again!
